” One of the worst experiences of my life ever. Completely disappointing, stressful, and unacceptable. I paid extra $200 in total for my IELTS result, and after all that, I was told “it’s not our responsibility.” No email, no WhatsApp, no text, no call—zero communication about my TRF. When I visited the Xyna (British Council) office, the staff was rude, careless, and completely unwilling to listen. They showed no concern for students’ urgency or time. Here’s the real problem: students from far locations are being unnecessarily punished. My exam center was Kitchener, near my place, but my TRF pickup was in Vaughan, 7–8 hours of travel away! This wasted my time, money, and energy for no reason. Why is the TRF not uploaded to the student login on the website, where students already have access? This would make the process easy, fair, and efficient, but instead, students are forced to travel long distances for no reason at all. Being told “it’s not our responsibility” after spending $200 and going through all this is beyond frustrating—it’s completely disrespectful. I strongly advise everyone: do NOT go to this center if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. This is poor service at its worst. “
