” Amberwood stands out not only for being an exceptionally organized school, but also for the welcoming atmosphere they’ve created. The teachers and staff are incredibly kind and demonstrate a genuine dedication to service. Entrusting your child’s education to such dedicated and professional hands provides great peace of mind. Excellent work! “
” I’ve had 2 of my kids graduating from 2year to vpk and my last one is there since she was 2 years and will be in vpk this fall. So let’s a totally of 3 kids going to this school since 2021. I absolute love this school and would recommend anyone that ask. By the time graduate my kids are on schedule for kindergarten and has learned a lot. The front office and administration loves my kids. They know the family names and the students name. It is a family oriented place and genuinely care. The teachers are great with kids and my kids enjoy learning . The summers are fun for them. Audrey loves her teachers and Ms Liz is a sweat heart as the director . “
” My two youngest kids have been here since they were 1 and 2. They are now 7 and 8 they absolutely love it here! From the toddler room to VPK and now after-schoolers, they have loved every teacher they have encountered. You can see that the teachers really care and treat the kids well. So much so that if my kids have an appointment and they didn’t go to school, they still want to go to after care 😆 I appreciate you all so much, thanks for all you do! “
” I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. The staff is extremely unprofessional and seems more interested in passing judgment than providing a safe, nurturing environment for children. They openly label and stereotype kids, which is not only inappropriate but also harmful to their development and self-esteem. Communication with parents is poor, and they do not seem to take concerns seriously. If you’re looking for a daycare that genuinely cares for children, look elsewhere. My great niece was in this day care and the way they labeled a 3 year old was baffling! “
” The school made the decision to terminate my granddaughter’s enrollment after her mother expressed valid concerns about their lack of transparency and communication regarding her class placement. Without any prior discussion or explanation, the school placed my granddaughter in a class designated for special needs children. This was publicly announced during a Christmas show, where the class was introduced as a “special needs class.” To be clear, we have no issue with special needs classes or the children in them. However, decisions like these must be addressed with honesty and collaboration, particularly when a child’s placement is involved. My granddaughter does not have special needs, and the school never indicated otherwise. When my daughter raised her concerns about the placement and the public announcement, the school explained that they believed my granddaughter was “immature” and decided to place her in a smaller class. Yet, they never communicated this rationale beforehand or provided any indication that such a decision was being considered. When my daughter voiced her dissatisfaction with the lack of communication and the inappropriate public labeling of the class, the school responded by terminating my granddaughter’s enrollment with just one day’s notice. This punitive and abrupt action demonstrates a failure to address constructive feedback and raises serious questions about the school’s professionalism. Moreover, this decision caused unnecessary emotional harm to my granddaughter, who is now left confused and unsettled by being removed from her school environment without proper explanation. The handling of this situation was unprofessional and deeply disappointing. It not only damaged trust between the school and our family but also reflects poorly on the institution’s ability to provide a respectful, collaborative, and supportive learning environment for children and their families. “
