” If there were an option for 0 stars, I would choose it. The staff was very irresponsible and showed no respect for students’ interests. My child registered for the SAT at this location three months before the exam date. The reservation was officially confirmed and fully paid. However, just two weeks before the exam, my child received an email from College Board stating that the reservation had been canceled without any explanation. I contacted the school and was told by a staff member that they were over capacity. It was shocking that, after more than two and a half months of successful registration, the school canceled our reservation only two weeks before the exam. I understand that capacity issues can happen, but I expected them to follow a fair first-come, first-served system. They should not randomly cancel reservations without considering how early the booking was made. To make matters worse, the staff rudely hung up on my call and refused to answer afterward. I tried calling literally 100 times, but they never picked up. The other number listed was always “not available.” This left us with no available test centers within a 100 km radius just two weeks before the exam. The school refused to provide any solution and, even worse, refused to answer calls. “
