” if ur trying to apply to work here. be aware. i applied to their teaching position a while ago, had two rounds of interviews with follow up email. and then they ghosted me. and two months later they reached out to me again stating that they are offering me the job i applied and ask me to come in to school, and then i went in and then turned out the teacher they ghosted me for was quitting and after another round of questions they ghosted me again. for a company that clearly shows no respect of other people and other people’s time. i would consider tremendously before sending my kids to a school like this or work for a place that treats their potential staff with no respect at all. “

” My son started Grade 11 at AVRO. His academic skills improved considerably more in one term (two months) at AVRO than they did in a year in a public school gifted program. If I could give 10 stars, I would! The teachers and staff are wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had my doubts at the beginning but all those doubts are gone. I have nothing but great things to say about AVRO. “

” AVRO Academy is one of the best decisions we could have made for our Son. Our Son has Tourette’s Syndrome and for years he has faced challenges in the traditional school system. At AVRO Academy, the entire team has made him feel welcome as they worked with his individual needs. During this past year at AVRO, he has been more successful than he has been in the previous 3 elsewhere. As a team, AVRO has demonstrated patience and perseverance to help with his success. I love how they challenged him in the unique ways he required to re-build his confidence. Also, a special shout out to David the Principle, Liam’s teachers Jason, Efrat, and Ben…as well as to Shannon in administration for always being available and keeping the lines of communication open. “

The supportive learning environment, and smaller class sizes made these courses much easier to grasp. I highly recommend this school to any and all students. “
