Bond Academy
” I taught at this school for one year, and it was one of the most toxic and demoralizing professional experiences of my career. While I strive to maintain professionalism, I feel obligated to speak plainly: this school is not a place I would recommend to anyone, under any circumstance. The majority of teachers showed little real care for the students. Academics were poorly planned and inconsistently delivered. The administration was disengaged and unsupportive, offering no meaningful guidance or resources. On top of that, the building itself was in a constant state of disrepair — a physical reflection of the neglect that runs throughout the school. If you’re considering this school for your child, please think twice. I’m not a disgruntled ex-employee; I just wholeheartedly believe that students should ALWAYS be put first. They deserve a safe, supportive, and enriching learning environment — and this is NOT it. “
” Bond academy has failed to address repeated bullying incidents despite numerous reports and witness accounts. The administration’s slow response and lack of intervention left our child enduring both physical and verbal harassment over multiple school years. Even when the situation escalated, the school failed to take appropriate action. If you are considering this school, be aware of its failure to address serious concerns and protect its students. They don’t even deserve one star!!! “
” Our family had a horrible experience during our time at Bond. Concerns were raised with top level administration (owner & elementary principal) and while there was hope for open communication and resolution (over the course of 2 years), those individuals proved to be cowards in their conduct. This matter was referred to Better Business Bureau for assistance (with no response from Bond). There are better private schools in Toronto and I do not recommend this one based on our experience. “
” Our child attended Bond Academy from Kindergarten through Grade 8, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The school truly excels in providing personal attention to each student, ensuring they reach their full potential academically and personally. The high academic standards are complemented by a wide range of extracurricular activities helping to create well-rounded students. What stands out most for us was always the warm, welcoming environment—it felt like a home away from home, where the children were valued and supported. We highly recommend Bond Academy for its dedication from the Principal through to the Teachers who we felt nurtured our child’s both academic and personal growth. “
