” It was a great pleasure for the English audience to be able to access such great historical insights and should be must for all families to attend. Being recently introduced to Mughal History, this course on Islamic History is a great foundation to work upon and I look forward to what else will be coming. “
” I’ve not always thought about studying history but with the revival of islamic history through drama and tv shows, it has led me to wanting to find out more. Sometimes to separate fact from fiction but also to delve into our great civilisations. Knowing we had this amazing history is uplifting and makes me feel proud. With the global events, we can appreciate how and why dynasties fell…..and continue to do so. Thankyou to Abu Ayuub for his enthusiasm and simple story telling style. As an older adult, unfortunately I don’t remember very much but I’m trying to connect and retrain my brain to develop an understanding and this was just the right level…..not too much info and easily digested. This is my second course completed with Abu Ayuub (i’m playing catch up as Thursday evenings are busy so I’m listening to recordings) Inshaa Allah I pray to continue on this journey “
” An in depth and yet relevant module – that put a lot of things that I had ‘heard repeatedly’, but didn’t have exact knowledge of – into place. It created a level of understanding for me that will help me absorb information that I read in the future into context. The teacher had enough knowledge to give every question asked a fully informed answer, and a great tone and welcoming demeanour. Definitely worth the time put into learning such over arching concepts. I very much appreciate all the effort put in by everyone involved. Jazakallah. 🌺 “
