” Both my sons have taken credit courses in high-school math with OAT, after first working with the school for supplementary tutoring. The teaching they received was excellent, rigorous, effective, and supportive, and the learning experience was equally so. Not only did they master material in a subject area they had previously been struggling with, they also were supported to challenge themselves and to develop a disciplined and self-directed approach to their math learning. Their teachers’ expectations were high, but they were given the skills and the encouragement to meet them. As a family, we have had experience with math and science teaching and learning in both private and public school systems. I can say, unequivocally, that OAT has provided the best quality of instruction, learning experience, teaching dynamic, and program of study. The school has also been exceptionally accommodating and efficient in allowing us to integrate private credit courses with my sons’ continued enrollment in the public system.
