Promising Futures Learning Academy
” When looking for a school for my 4 year old, I wanted a school/daycare that provided love and affection to my son, who is in the schools care more than mine due to a full work schedule. Promising futures is a really wonderful place for children. They are loving and affectionate. They keep communication very open and if I ever have a concern they go above and beyond to make sure my concern is addressed and that I feel okay about the outcome. At one point my son told me something that a teacher had said to another child that, to me, sounded a little concerning (It turns out that was said was very playful and well-meaning). I messaged the director about the concern and she not only heard what I had to say but also validated my feelings. She also viewed the video and audio footage to see what had occurred. I should have asked my son a few more questions to see if what was said was playful, what he thought of it, etc. However, it didn’t make the school or teachers view me as needy or overbearing, they validated and we all moved on. This validation was very helpful for someone like me. They have a great curriculum. They use wonderful correction techniques when kids’ behavior need correcting. They are very kind and truly care for my son and his needs. Both my son and I are very happy to be a part of this school family. “
” We absolutely LOVE Promising Futures! From the start they have been so wonderful to work with. My son has been going here almost a year now, and he has such a good time, every single day. The teachers are so incredibly sweet and caring, and my son loves them dearly. He has learned so much since starting at Promising Futures. They offer such a warm, safe, and loving environment, I couldn’t imagine taking my son anywhere else! “
” Mackenzie and her staff at Promising Futures Early Education Center were absolutely a blessing to me and my family. I had my daughter attend since she was about 6 months old until the day she went off to Kindergarten. Their curriculum is faith based which was wonderful starting at such a young age. She was introduced to Bible stories, values, songs, verses, in addition to academics at such a fundamental age. The center is bright and fresh, the rooms are spacious and inviting with a variety of activities, and were consistently clean. They use the Brightwheel app which details out when your child ate, when they slept, diaper changes or potty trips, can easily share pictures, and communicate with staff. They have a great playground and also spent a lot of time outside. I am so happy I was able to have Promising Futures as part of our village for so long and to have that consistent foundation for my daughter. As a former licensed child care provider and a former Youth and Family Director, I had high standards and they were able to consistently exceed my expectations. I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking loving, sincere, quality care for their child. Thank you Mackenzie and staff! “
” We had our toddler in Promising Futures from when she was 1 to 2.5. She was well cared for and we always felt she was safe. They did turn over staff regularly (as all day cares seem to) but we always liked the teachers and had good interactions. There is always an adjustment period when there is a new face in the room but they were good about helping distract our toddler at drop off to try to make the transition easier. The classrooms are super spacious and the kids had plenty to do. They did a lot of artwork and activities and spent plenty of time outside. They use the brightwheel app to log your child’s meals and diapers/potty trips/naps. It was also used for communication with the teachers and office staff which was very convenient. We enjoyed getting pictures of our toddler through the app so we could see what she was up to. “
” Promising Futures has done a wonderful job taking care of our little one. The teachers are amazing. The welcoming and supportive environment has allowed my daughter to grow and develop key skills needed. The staff has been so accommodating scheduling and last minute changes. And most importantly my daughter loves it there!!!! “
