” AMSI has been part of my family for 10 years. My oldest, started 10 years ago in CASA, and then my daughter started 5 years ago, and now my youngest son, just started the CASA program at age 3. We love the family oriented nature of the Montessori. They are a true authentic montessori school, not just a name. The teachers are well trained and provide the child a safe enviornement for them to grow and explore. We have been to many Montessori’s in Scarborough and have not found anything that matches AMSI! “

” It’s a great school! Our daughter started going there around 2.5 yr old and she loves her teachers! She’s been learning a lot – basic skills, social skills, math, English, French, music, painting etc. The school is also doing a great job communicating with the parents. They have curriculum nights and goal-setting night so we (parents) reflect on the education goals for our kids. Highly recommend this school – if you are looking for an environment where your kid will learn at his/her pace and not being forced to fit into the cookie-cutter curriculum. They also have been really good during the covid time. Good health and hygiene protocol. “

” I sent both my boys to Agincourt from the early ages of 4 in the Casa classroom right through grade 3 where the Elementary program caps off. It is the best decision I could have made for their educational and developmental needs. From the moment I first visited the school, I was impressed by the level of care and warmth the teachers and principal exhibited towards their students. On any given day, the classroom is filled with engaged students discovering new curiosities about their natural environment, thanks to the abundance of concrete learning tools and encouragement from their peers and educators. The setting is conducive to the learning style of every student, and the personalized attention and small classroom size goes a long way towards ensuring every child is made to feel as part of the community. The best proof is when my boys talk about their time at AMSI- their eyes simply light up as they recall their early childhood experiences at this amazing school. “

” What I believe it is priceless in this school is the mindset and the respect that teachers have for children. They do math, language, arts, after school programs etc, everything that all other schools do but when it comes down to how teachers educate and treat the children, hats off to all teachers and also to the principal Anne Dimoff. “

” Best school ever. My child started here at not even 2.5 years old. The teachers were so loving and caring. And they are always patient even when dealing with children who could be at times very difficult. The principal is understanding, genuinely caring for everyone. They are the kindest group of people you would ever meet. My baby learned to write just one month after starting here. She could read out loud before the age of 3. Not just memorizing books she was familiar with. She was reading thick chapter books, fiction, doing 4 digits addition and multiplication before grade 1. French teacher was fluent in French and is always available. Sending my child there was the best schooling decision we made for my child. Only regret is that they only go up to grade 3. They have another school in Markham, Kennedy Montessori but is too far for us. “
