” The Element High school is far more excelling in student learning of the real world. Yes, Blyth Academy may be a strong school, though the lack of needed experience for the real world contributes to the disadvantages of this school. It is also more pricey for those willing to send their children for a couple of years. It will only benefit, choosing a far superior school for children wanting to have success in the real world. Hence, why I would recommend the Element which is in the same area. “

” I would highly recommend Blyth Academy. Our son’s experience at Blyth was outstanding. He graduated from Blyth very well prepared for his university program of choice. Incredible and supportive team including the principal, teachers and guidance counsellors. “

” Have had a consistently positive experience with both of my children. They have had the best teachers of their academic lives at Blyth – the environment is supportive, caring, positive and highly professional. Perhaps most important, my kids were happy at Blyth and were exposed to great enrichment activities that helped them learn and also have fun “

” My son attended Blyth for grades 9, 10, and 12. This was a great school for him due to small class size and accountability by the teachers, as well as their constant willingness to help him with school outside of class. My son chose in grade 11 to go to our local public school, but within the first semester he decided he would go back to Blyth for grade 12. He had goals for university for which he needed to really push hard in grade 12, and he did! He was accepted to 4 out of 5 universities to which he applied, with partial scholarship offerings at each. He and I are fairly certain that he would not have achieved this at the local public school. I would highly recommend Blyth! “

” My daughter moved to Blyth from a public school at grade 11 and spent the last two years of high school at Blyth. The reason for the move was to offer her smaller class room settings and more individual attentions from the teachers. The public school she was attending was a very good school but the classroom size was often approaching 30. While at Blyth, they have a maximum classroom size of 8, we can tell the difference from day one! My daughter has benefited so much in the two years at Blyth! They have great teachers; they are dedicated, knowledgeable and passionate about teaching… The guidance counsellor Mr. Hall was always available to help, from course planning, career path suggestion, to any crisis you may run into for any given day. The principal Ms. Larose is such a caring person, she has defined ‘The Principal’s Office’ a whole new meaning. Students find guidance, comfort and encouragement in her office! The graduation ceremony was so beautifully done and it had so much personal touch. My daughter now has started her university, a new chapter in her life. If we had the opportunity to plan her school all over again, we would have chosen Blyth a lot earlier in her school year…. “
