City Academy
” I tried City Academy a decade ago. Same owner/principal still. Would not recommend. It went out of business and has since re-opened! Useful: ask what the average grade of their students use to be (forsure dismal.) I went to Alborz Educational Centre for Grade 12; attended Ivey Business School and a classmate of mine from Alborz now studies his masters at Columbia Business School. Enjoy Seneca after graduating from here! Also: owner/principal has the same rude and arrogant attitude typical of a former-public employee. Not meant for business. Fail! Sad that people fail to even graduate from here or earn a credit! Go to a school that has the extra support to get you where you need. Learning is not impossible (at other schools, atleast)!! “
” I attended City Academy from July 2014 to April 2015 for grade 12. The school has a great art program with many courses to choose from all taught by an exceptional artist, Kieran. The small classes and enthusiasm from the teachers made learning easy and fun! The highschool runs more along the lines of a university, where you can choose your courses each semester. I highly recommend this school for kids that aren’t happy in a typical school environment or need more attention and encouragement. “
