” Hamilton Academy of Performing Arts is a little gem of a school. Our daughter struggled in regular school, she was barely passing her subjects, even with an IEP she still struggled. This is our second year at HAPA and my daughter is now achieving an A average and now she can finish most of her work at school. The knowledge she comes home with, the incredible experiments and activities… she is actually learnings! Our daughter has a ton of energy and is happy when being picked up having enjoyed school every day! The older girls mentor the younger students, they have mutual respect for each other and could not be happier that she is loved and accepted by everyone. There is no stress now having left the public system, my daughter’s individual needs are being met. The small classroom sizes help our daughter remain engage, she learns at her level and pace. The tuition is a sacrifice we are making for our daughter’s future. She was dancing at a high level and is supported by the dance program. The ballet program is both exceptional and safe for dancers as they work with dancers with goals of longevity of their dance career by preventing injury. They put the dancers needs first, they are very knowledgeable and respected professionals in the industry. If you are considering this school, don’t let the size affect your decision. This is an amazing school where everyone is nutured and cared for. You will not be disappointed by investing in your child’s future and happiness. “

” My daughter goes here and I couldn’t be happier. The small class sizes and attention given to academics and dance is amazing. All the teachers are so caring and want the best for their students. The ballet is superb as can be seen in their performance in the annual Nutcracker. The students also excel at singing and acting. My daughter’s confidence has increased tenfold since joining the school two years ago. “

” My granddaughter attends the school and wants to be a professional Ballet Dancer. She has excelled under the training of Max Ratevosian, Ballet Master and former Principal Dancer and choreographer for Moscow State Ballet Theatre. Not only do the students receive professional dance training, have the opportunity to dance on the professional stage to a live orchestra but they also excel at their academic programs. “
