” My daughter joined in grade 7, a few weeks into the school year from a large local public school. We chose Hudson because we thought she would benefit from a smaller school environment and that smaller class sizes might allow her different kinds of opportunities to participate. She has been a Hudson student for about a month so far and she is really enjoying it. She’s a bit quiet, so I was a bit apprehensive about switching schools but it’s clear this was a good move for her. She is making friends and I worried she’d feel behind but the teachers have made it easy for her to feel like she already fits in. We are impressed by the high, but clear and easy to understand, expectations the teachers set, and the interesting assignments she has been getting. “

” My son is new to the school this year. Our experience has been wonderful so far. The admissions process was a welcoming and engaging one. It was clear that the admissions team wanted to ensure that my son was comfortable before a decision for enrolment was provided. They answered all his questions thoroughly and encouraged him to spend a day at the school to get a good understanding of the day-to-day activities and collegial environment that he would be in, before offering him an official acceptance into the school. I appreciated the diversity of styles and backgrounds of the administrators, teachers and students. The school seems really progressive and supportive of their students and families. “

This, to us, speaks volumes that they are truly receiving a positive learning experience. Small class sizes and a wonderfully dedicated teaching and support team have built a very strong sense of community within the school. Our children are able to be themselves, have fun, learn and at the same time respect each other. We love Hudson and would recommend it to any family looking for a great school. “

” I have been delighted with Hudson so far. My child is in junior kindergarten and the teacher is wonderful. She is very gentle and comforting to the children and very informative to the parents. In regards to the school in general I am more than happy with the services. The other teachers that I have encountered are all so warm and welcoming. The community of the school is fantastic.
