The Laurel School
” We are so delighted to pick The Laurel School for our son. The environment is so welcoming and nurturing and the ideal place for him to grow personally and academically. The staff go above and beyond to ensure everyone’s wellbeing. We are lucky to be part of the TLS family and look forward to many more years together. “
” We discovered The Laurel School when my older son was in senior preschool, and we knew instantly that it was the perfect fit for our family. During our tour, we were warmly impressed by the principal, Ms. Kindos, who was engaged in a reading session with Junior Preschool students on the floor – a testament to the school’s nurturing environment. Our son thoroughly enjoys attending school every day, thanks to the loving and patient teachers who make learning a joy. We were so delighted with our experience that our younger son also joined the Laurel family in the toddler class, where he flourished equally. I wholeheartedly recommend The Laurel School to anyone seeking a warm, loving, and supportive educational community for their children. “
” The Laurel School is an extraordinary school. Nurturing and also a very high level of academics. Small class sizes so our kids get a lot of personalized attention. We love it here and recommend it for anyone looking for a caring school that has a high level of education to offer. Also they have great after school clubs! “
” This is the first time leaving a review about anything for me. That’s how much our family appreciates Laurel School. We visited the school for my son’s kindergarten program, and instantly fell in love how positive and welcoming the teachers and directors were. After numerous tours of daycares and schools since my son was born, I knew something was right when I looked at the teachers. They looked HAPPY. During his SK year, we immediately noticed some positive changes on him. Miss.Claire is the most incredible teacher with her belief on each one of her students and nurturing their uniqueness. Now our second child has been with toddler class last few months, she is absolutely thriving- huge thanks to Miss.Alyssa and Miss.Rachelle. One thing I love about this school is that every teacher and children know each other regardless of the class they are in- from toddler to junior school. It’s like a big family. Also I don’t see any frequent turnover of the teachers here. Even those who happened to leave due to life events claimed wanting to come back. Again, happy teachers=happy kids. Now my son has moved onto gr.1, and materials he shares from his class are great not only focusing on the academic but also the emotional wellbeing, developing good habits and etc. Our kids love Laurel so much that they both like to stay longer every day. On Friday, they wait for Monday. Unfortunately we are moving soon but I highly recommend this school to any parents looking for their kids to be independent, challenged, and most importantly loved deeply. “
” I am so happy I enrolled my daughter at The Laurel School. I myself went to Laurel when I was still in grade school and I love that I can now send my own child there as well. I have watched Laurel develop and improve over the years and I can say from personal experience as a former student and now a parent, that it is the best place to send your child. The facilities are newly renovated, clean and fresh. I love that the class sizes are small. The teachers are personable and friendly, and communication between the teachers and parents is very efficient. The curriculum is also top notch. The catered snacks and lunches are always healthy, which I appreciate. My daughter thoroughly enjoys her days at Laurel and is always excited to go back. “
