” My husband and I were so excited to get a rental property and have the school show interest in leasing it to their students, thinking this was a reputable tenet. To our distress we are going on three months of no payment with no contact from the school. We are now coming close to losing our property with no way to make payments as they refuse to leave. When asking the student about it, they let us know the parents have been paying the rent to the school, they are just keeping the money for themselves. We made a mistake by signing a lease with this school, don’t make the same mistake, the contracts held by this school lack integrity. Beware. “
” Steve the owner of the school cares about nothing other than lining his pockets with as much money as plausible. Him and his family are living in the lap of luxury, charging outrageous tuition fees for a mediocre product. Meanwhile the teachers are barely making ends meet. Definitely would not recommend. There are much better schools in and around the area, especially for the price they charge. “
