Trafalgar Castle School
” We never imagined sending our kids to private school -but now – I only wish our son had the same opportunity. Covid hit all kids hard – mine were in Grade 8 and 9 at the time. We watched them slowly shut down in their small gr7-12school. We decided to move them to the local High school hoping for a new adventure with increased opportunities for gr9 and 10. We couldn’t believe how awful it was – my son actually transferred back after only 3 weeks. My daughter stuck it out the year while she searched for other options. Trafalgar allowed her to spend a day to see if she’d like it. Her words – “Mom! – the kids actually listened to the teachers and seem to get along with each other. The bathrooms are unlocked and clean. The students are trusted to do so much and there are clubs and teams“ It sounded like a dream. Our daughter somehow found the confidence to interview and showed not just the school but us that she wanted and deserved this opportunity. We HAD to figure out how to make this happen for her. Thanks to the amazing staff and our daughter’s hard work, in 2 short years, she far exceeded every expectation- hers and ours. She has realized the potential we always knew was there and even discovered some that was hidden. We are infinitely grateful for Trafalgar Castle school and what they have done for our daughter. A truly amazing place for girls. “
” My daughters life changed after she began grade 11 at Trafalgar. She quickly developed into her best self and suddenly began enjoying school because she felt seen and heard. Expectations are high but not out of reach for her. I only wish we had of had more years there! “
” Incredible spot to have a wedding and formal pictures! The architecture is amazing and inspiring!! Inside the grand staircase and the different formal living rooms, as well as the hall is a photographer’s dream come true!! Great for a bride to get out of the sun on a very hot day OR in the event of bad weather, group and individual photographs are still great because of the many different backdrops within the castle!! “
