” One of the best parts about living in Toronto is that we can send our children to this amazing school. W.C.C.A. has a fantastic school culture of love and respect. The faculty and staff are wonderful people with big hearts for God and for the children under their care. Our family feels seen and known at this school. The kids can have fun and be silly, while still maintaining an environment which is respectful towards authority. They teach and practice the kinds of manners which have become rarer in recent years. We are delighted that our girls are being shaped by this culture. The school isn’t ashamed of our Western heritage, but rather seeks to honour the best from our roots. My grade 2 daughter has been learning about ancient Greece all year, and is very excited to have a “Greek feast” in a few weeks time. And my SK daughter is memorizing a lot of great poetry which stirs the imagination to wonder at the beauty of the natural world. I’ve caught the girls singing great hymns of the past like “A Mighty Fortress is our God.” The kids – especially the younger ones – get out into nature a lot. They love learning while getting their hands dirty. We’ve never second-guessed our decision to send our children here. It’s worth the longer commute-time and financial investment. My only complaint: that it ends at grade 8! We so wish W.C.C.A. continued into high-school! “
