” Extremely frustrating experience with Xyna International. I booked my exam, and they kept changing the date and location multiple times because they didn’t have an examiner available. Even on the exam day, I was still getting calls about last-minute changes. After my exam, they promised I’d receive my TRF within 7 days, but it took more than two weeks. I tried calling and emailing countless times with no response. When I visited their office, they had no answers and showed zero accountability. They don’t pick up calls, and clearly don’t care about their customers. I highly do not recommend booking your test with them. “

” Never pick up any call and the express shipping for which I paid 60 dollars is ridiculous. The package is not received by canada post after 3 days of getting shipment details. Canada regular time for delivery is 5 days. After paying 60 dollars for so called express shipping ..I don’t think, I’ll get my TRF in 5 days. Don’t rely on them if you need your TRF urgently. “

” I am so glad i booked my IELTS at this place. I had to give a test urgently and managed to book with them on 24th Dec when most other places were closed. The staff is polite, efficient and very professional. I got the results in 3 days and achieved my desired band. “

The place is not much crowded and well organized.Due to some reasons, they canceled my test, but later then, they reached out to me immediately to know my convenience date, time, and location for test booking. Headphones were provided for listening tests . The hospitality by P. Bindra is above and beyond. Thank you for your service. “

” The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. Their response times to emails are unreasonably slow, and they consistently fail to answer calls when assistance is needed. I have been trying to reach them since the beginning of the month, and it’s impossible to get through. You have to constantly keep trying for nearly a week just to get a hold of someone. These test centers are unreliable and should not be allowed to operate in Canada or anywhere else. “
